Copper-colored beer with impressions of fruity coffee in both the nose and mouth as well as toasted bread and caramel. Low residual sweetness and a moderately spicy hop bite end the experience.
Brewed with Silvio's lightly roasted and aromatic coffee beans from ØNSK Kaffe. The coffee is dried and fermented anaerobically with the pulp of the coffee berry.

Copenhagen 18/6 2022. 33 cl bottle from Craft Makers Collective web-shop. As “People Like Us We Wish”. Pink label with a strange scene with two unhappy looking fellows in front of a Christmas Tree and a smug guy hiding behind the tree.
Pours murky maroon with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a distinct scent of coffee. Caramel, toffee, hints of brown sugar. Bitter coffee chiming in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness with a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Lives up to the description: Sweetish Vienna with a shitload of coffee.
