Copenhagen 14/4 2021. 33 cl bottle from Shop n Play Kiosk, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C. Black label simply stating the name of the beer.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a malty odor mingling with citric notes. Wet cardboard, bread. citrus and lemon chiming in.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
A thin cup of beer supporting a good initiative.
