Simple and full of character, we brew our dry-hopped pale ale with pale and munich malt, a touch of wheat, and warrior, cascade, and mosaic hops.

Poured from a can, dated 1/31/20.
A very nice pale ale, simple but full of character!
Classic hop qualities, citrus and some fruity florals. Light but multi-layered malt base, with a bready, cracker crispness, a little sweetness.
Body is not too thin, and a dry bitter finish leaves me wanting the next sip. A sub-5% pale ale might end up feeling like a thinned out session IPA, but this one delivers the flavor and body to stay satisfying.
Lovely beer, glad I picked it up!

Pours a golden lightly hazy, mostly translucent. Some mango, pineapple, freshly baked vanilla cake. Well balanced. A measured amount of sweetness with a little snap. A very light amount of bitterness and dries out really well. It's got good body, it's chewy. For a 4.9% pale ale, this is probably one of the best you can get in the Boston area.
