Though it kind of looks like a Blonde ale or maybe even a pale lager, the rest of this is quite flavorful. I ended up pouring this into a pint glass. Enjoy by date of 03/2015 with an extra number of 342 (maybe bottle number, I really don’t know). The appearance was a decent transparent yellow color with barely any head and ends up leaving a stringy spider web lacing roaming all around the glass. Carbonation is seen rising at a moderate pace. The smell had a sharp citrus to dry pine with a light clinging sharp spritzy sweet vanilla to round out. The taste is dry and slightly spritzy citrus to pine. There’s no vanilla in the taste, but that’s okay because the aftertaste has a nice dry sticky citrusy effect. There’s a sharp dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionability on it. The carbonation seemed fairly harsh, but still nothing really off. A decent acceptable dryness rolls across my tongue. Overall, APA or Blonde Ale, I dunno, but I'd have again.

Very light golden straw. Extremely carbonated yet produced low foam out of the bottle. Big bubbles like soda. Wheat and malt sweetness on the nose and a little bit of steel and graphite. Not all that much to speak of here. I think the taste is a little one sided. Light candy sugar and white bread grain starts here. The floral and piny hops come on early drowning out the grain. The hops aren't terribly strong, but the lightness if the malt gets list. I do like the hop. Again there is a mix of pine, cherry blossom and orange peel. The beer is light and drinkable with a a dryness that clearly points at dry hopping. Overall this beer is a nice lighter brew. It tastes more like a session ipa than a pale ale since the color and body are so much on the lighter side. Pretty good for a bbq beer though.

Bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, lemongrass and caramel. Sweet toasted caramel with orange, lemon and a mild bitterness.

Bewery says this is dry hopped with Simcoe. There is a citrusy taste which made me think of lemongrass, and it's big in the nose. Pale golden color with a modest foam in the tall tumbler.
Moderately bitter. Very full of hop flavors. Browned toast. Hints of melon. Light malt flavor with a touch of sweetness, but a dry finish and the long bitter aftertaste. Tangy and refreshing and quite flavorful.
The hops give this a different flavor and it's a little fuller bodied than many Pale Ales. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Whole Foods in Portland, Pearl District.
