This is an exceptional pilsner and by far the best beer in Full Sail's core offering - simple but executed perfectly, this beer is universally pleasing - everyone from classic lager lovers to hoppy pale ale people will like this

Cascade hops steer this one away from a German style pils and redirects more toward an Amercian style pils. Solid pilsner nonetheless, I am just knit-picking over true to style.

L: It pours brilliant gold with rapidly rising bubbles under a 1" white, moderately persistent foam cap.
S: Pine and citrus aromas rise from the glass with light grains and a touch of grapefruit.
T: The flavors start with lightly sweet grains and then citrusy hops with a moderate grapefruit rind bitterness blossom. This beer is hop forward but it has enough bread crumb and light grain malt flavors to knock off the rough edges. Bitterness and malt are medium and fairly evenly balanced.
F: The beer has medium to medium light body and medium carbonation. O: This is a very well made and easy to drink German Style Pilsner. The cascade hops give it a little extra edge.

Picked up a single from TW Arrowhead in late July for $1.79. Looks like a best by date of 08/16/16 BUT it has been in the beer fridge since purchase.
Beer poured golden with a very nice white head with the original pour.
Nose has notes of citrus and grapefruit.
Taste is grapefruit forward over a pilsner malt backbone with a pine bite finish.
Feel is crisp, clean, and refreshing.
Overall a bit too hoppy of a take on the pilsner style but enjoyable nonetheless.

New find from Trader Joe's. Pours a clear deep straw into the glass and with a thin cap of foam.
Hoppy aroma seems fresh and bright. Pils notes lie subdued beneath it all.
Taste is hoppy/scratchy/bready in a sense though traditional pils character is subdued. Drinks more like an India Pale Lager in that sense. Surely American hopped as for aroma, but solid as for build and delivery. A nice addition to the Full Sail brand which I haven't visited in a while. Then that may well be the point.
Overall a bit miscategorized but welcoming addition to the fold.

Well it's not quite ''ridiculously tasty'' but it is really tasty and smooth as well but with a little bitterness aftertaste. It smells of hops and something fruity.

Very bright, clean, clear golden pilsner with a sweet and piney aroma and flavor. The cascade hop takes center stage with its pine and grapefruit notes. Very crisp, easily drinkable beer with a great feel, but does have a lingering bitterness. Cheers!
