*EDIT* I incorrectly listed this as "Cascade IPA". It's real name is Cascade Street IPA and its ABV is 6.25%.
I had a pint of this on tap at the Full Sail Tasting Room in Hood River. Though Id never heard of it before, I proceeded under the mistaken assumption that Cascade St. was part of Full Sails regular lineup. It is actually a draft specialty beer available only at the Tasting Room and the Pilsner Room in Portland.
Cascade Street is a simple palatable IPA of customary dimensions (45 IBU) and drinkability. It features a light lemony-hop aroma, a dirty golden color expressed in clear tones, and a soapy head with retained lace. You have to hunt for the malt, but this beer is food friendly and a satisfying thirst quencher.
