A nice tart aroma emanates from a heavily clouded lemon-drop yellow body with a light film of white suds. Most of the initial presentation is very consistent for the style, such as the lightly spicy nose and the spry peppery taste with a tart bite. In fact, White Knuckles wheated tartness is its lead credential, with coriander or orange peel elements lagging somewhat.
A credible wit though not abundantly flavorful.
