Pours a beautiful golden hue with dense rocky head. Oatmeal Pale Ale is silky smooth and packed with tropical fruit aroma. A healthy addition of oats provides a smooth bodied golden base. Mosaic and Simcoe hops add bright notes of guava, papaya and citrus. This refreshing beer is high on hop aromatics yet well balanced with modest bitterness.

Bottle from Winco. Ok, I admit it, I like these guys. But they make great beer. And here’s another one. Medium golden, thick, creamy head, lazy carbonation rises slowly. Gorgeous. Aroma is right on the money for the style, mildly hoppy. Taste. Better. Oatmeal adds an incredible smoothness, ramping up the malts, but still providing a nice pronounced hop bite.Velvety, creamy texture. A joy all around

Picked up a bomber on 7-2-17 from TW Arrowhead for $4.99. No visible bottle date. Received at TW on 4-27-17.
Beer poured golden orange with a splotchy white head that dissipated quickly.
Nose is oranges forward and not much else.
Taste is oranges with a bitter zest finish. Pale malt base is moderate.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, modest carbonation, pretty refreshing. Not especial smooth as i would expect from an oatmeal malt base.
Overall not a bad beer but one i find uneven and too zesty/pithy for my liking.

22 oz bottle from Winco in S.Salem Oregon $3.79 Ugly label..what is it with Full Sail nowadays? Pours a deep gold coloured body with a large thick and frothy white head. Attractive. Aroma is mostly citrus hoops and smooth toffee malts. Taste similar to the aroma..maybe some tangerine/clementine in the hops. Mouth feel is very nice after all the hop excitement..the oats smooth the whole thing out . Very nice beer.

Hazy gold with two fingers of bone color head. Head lasts about five minutes. Good swathes of lace.
Smell is citrus . Lemon and orange.
Taste is citrus zest and bread crust malt. A little resinous bitterness as well.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. Finish is medium dry tart and lightly bitter.
Overall a refreshing and fairly bold Spring beer.
