Semi-cloudy, golden yellow body; relatively thin yet sticky white head. Heavy caramel and sweet cereal grain aroma; not much hop presence. Heavy caramel and dull sugar taste; only a twinge of hop bitterness. Heavy body; thick and sticky.
If I interpret the bottle label date correctly (083017) this is a beer over 2 1/2 months old. I think I do and I think it is. Yes, this is drinkable but does nothing (at this age) to accentuate or represent fresh hops. I feel bad about my ratings as it doesn't reflect the beer in its prime, and if this beer is ever offered again and I can get a fresher version, I will gladly re-review this beer. As it is, I'll look at this review as a warning to anyone else who may come across an old version and leave things at "buyer beware". I'll assume the more positive reviews genuinely reflect the fresher appeal of this beer.

Pours slightly less than clear. Light gold tint in color with a white fluffy, bybbly head that has superior side glass lace and decent retentionl
AROMA: Nothing strong. Moderate citrus hops and pine nuts witha a balance of bread malts.
TASTE: This is to my liking. I like some hops but not a hop executioner level lover. The hops here are front and center but not overwhelming. Great balance between the malts and the citrus, tart hops. Drying
Full Sail make some excellent beer at a price point that provides a high value.
