Picked up a 6 pack at the discount grocer. Ooof. Starting to think old beer is getting dumped there by distro.
Pours an amber color like its an amber ale with some clarity, but also a degree of turbidity to it. 1/4" white head. Aroma sucked in terms of hop aroma. Caramel and a trip to the box factory. I'm tripping that this has Mosaic hops in it, sometimes I think they throw all of one hop cone in so they can put those sexy proprietary hop names on the label. Smelled like of zero hops, much less ones as aromatic as Mosaic.
Taste was also brutal like the aroma. But hey, you can tell there are bittering hops here, as the punishment of bitter cardboard caramel face cuts through the most staunch poker face out there. The carbonation is high, but no match for all those negative mouth feel and tastes you get.
I've drank a lot of Full Sail stuff over the years, hell, been a fan of most of their hoppy beers, even their actual amber ale. This was massively disappointing. Hard pass.

I'm sorry, but you couldn't run fast enough to give me a 6 pack.
I suppose if you like the flavor of soapy water, you'll enjoy this brew.
Bottle looks great, and I enjoy pale beer. This isn't one I'd ever spend $11 a 6 pk for EVER.

Picked this up as part of a sixer mixed pack from the Safeway in Sedona on 4-20-19 for $11.99. Bottled on 12-03-18; consumed on 4-20-19.
Beer poured golden with a decent white head with the original pour.
Nose gives me hints of orange and papaya.
Taste is a moderate pale malt baseline infused with guava, papaya, and orange. Finish is well balanced.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a refreshing crispness.
Overall a pretty nice beer that is worth a shot!

Purchased a 6 pack at Legacy.
Slight light haze to a light burnt orange with a 3 finger all white head, that recedes but at the 5 minute mark sustains at a one finger head.
AROMA: Hops lead with moderately pungent citrus hops with some yeast and bread malts.
TASTE: Nicely balanced, mildly tart and bitter hops and toasty bread malts.
I liked this beer, possesses balance hop and malt components, none that overwhelm but present.

LOOKS: A hazy, amber/burnt orange, with a small foam that disappears quickly.
AROMA: Rubber, canned pineapple and citrus.
TASTE: Sweet canned pineapple, mild citrus, and a bit of caramel malt.
FEEL: Medium body, about average carbonation, towards dry on the finish.
OA: It's fine, but nothing stands out.
