On tap at the end of the parade at Waterfront Park!
A - Poured mahogany with 3 fingers of off-white head. Doesn't want to dissipate, but leaves no lacing. Strange...
S - Bourbon, oakiness, honey, flowers, nectar, some citrus, and bittering hops.
T - Bourbon, oakiness, honey, nectar, and bittering hops.
M - Light bodied, malt dominated, sweet, thin and finished dry.
D - Good. This version still needs to be heavier in body for it to be a solid drinking brew. I really enjoyed the bourbon flavor though.
