Strange that a fresh hop beer would display so little hop aroma. Hint of grassy hops but it's mostly ceral grain and malty sweetness.

Deep gold almost amber colored. Very clear. Poured with a thickish head and a solid layer of fine shite foam lingers on the top. No rising carbonation though.

Very hop bitter at first. But again a surprising lack of fresh hop flavor. Again, just a slight hint of grassy harvested hops. Nice malt backbone.

Medium bodied with a light playful carbonation level.

So here's the thing overall. I think a fresh/hop harvest ale should really showcase the hops (especially on the west coast in proximity to hop fields.) This is kind of an average IPA, a decent IPA but nothing special.
