Another Full Sail review, man has their distribution footprint shrank, there used to be tons of these in Reno, now you might find the amber ale at Ben's on Virginia that has been there for 15 years at room temperature.

Pours a dark red and brown color looking like shades of fall. Beige colored head 1/4". Aroma of the nuts and leaves. Malty smoothness, its here.

Taste was more of the fall caramel, harvest hoodie weather vibe seemingly appropriate. May have leaned on the thinner side of mouthfeel but also made be able to consume multiples of in a single Oktoberfest like binge responsibly kind of product. Backend toffee. A hearty darker bready style that doesn't get bogged down in heavy carb notes. Pairs well with pretzels, just not the ones off that knob's necklace at the festival. Smooth, not overly hopped.

I get what they did here. I would repeat the purchase in fall if it ever showed up again. This is the kind of beer the lady rotation used to dig on before Naturdays kept going strong into fall.

It pours a nice brownish red with a thin creamy head. The nose is nice. Not too complex, but it huts the bready, caramel notes I look for in an oktoberfest. The taste is good. Bready malt with a nice toffee sweetness. I wish it were a little more robust. Also the mouthfeel is lacking. It's one of the better american made oktoberfest beers I've had this year. Not great.

"This four time gold medal winner is a smooth, malty lager brewed in the true Bavarian Style, using Two-row Pale, Vienna, Caramel and imported roasted Munich malts, moderately hopped with imported Czech Saaz and Yakima Sterling hops. Flavors reminiscent of honey, nougat and roasted nuts. Complex and beautifully balanced. Prosit!" ( From the website) Part of the pub series only brewed and bottled from July to September.
Just bought a six pack at the brewery in Hood River. I would say this is one of the better of this fall style and would recommend you try it for yourself. I gave the "look" an average score cause little head no lace. Otherwise a tasty malty "O'Fest" Oktoberfest beer. 5.7% abv.

This one must be back in Full Sail’s arsenal. I had it on 9/16/14 at the Bier Stien in Eugene, OR.

It was served in a dimpled mug and the beer is copper with a tan head.

It has an aroma of bready malts and herbal hops.

Taste is slightly sweet with caramel malts leading the way. There are some nice spice notes from the hops in the after taste.

The mouth is medium which is perfect for the style. Easy to pair with food, it went great with my pork schnitzel.

I have not had a ton of Oktoberfest beers yet this year, so this one really hit the spot.

Medium Amber Color, Medium head. Aroma is malty, nutty and sweet. Malts are fruity and slightly sweet. A slightly spicy hoppy Marzen style beer. Mouthfeel is full and round Finish is smooth. Aftertaste is hoppy, slightly bitter. A nice, but not great Marzen.
