Appearance is fine golden in color with a thick white head. Smell has a nice Belgian malt and yeasty charactar. Taste is big with sweet candy sugar, malts with a nice soft bittering. Mouthfeel is smooth, viscous and good medium body. There is a lot more to this beer than I originally thought, Full Sail makes some good beers, but this seem to go above and beyond.

Tasted on-tap 06/04/07 at the Full Sail Riverfront Brewpub in Portland, OR.
Nice clear bright golden color with a decent white head and decent lace. A nicely balanced malt and hop flavor and aroma with no real Belgian character. Medium bodied and smooth ala an APA.
If I didn't know this was a Belgian Ale I defintely would have thought it was a standard American Pale Ale...
