Grand Adventure Brewing Company

Interesting place. Happened to be there when the brewer was on-site so was able to get a tour and hear about his brewing process and see the ingredients he uses. Including use of traditional German malt and hops as well as local berries for use in specialty beers such as choke cherry and rose hips. Very nice selection of his own beers on tap (I believe he had 6) plus a few guest brews. Nice set of foods to compliment the beer, including smoke meats and homemade bbq sauces to accompany it. They also have a nice outdoor eating/drinking area in addition to indoor seating.
