Brown color where light passes through the edge of the glass. Small head that settles to a thin film. There are a few shorter streaks left behind after each sip.
The smell is a blend of graham crackers and semisweet chocolate. There's a touch of chalk and light hop for balance.
The body is appropriately thin with a higher carbonation level. The taste begins a bit watery with a mild brown bread and light chocolate presence. The swallow draws forth a straight up balancing bitterness from the hop. While not spectacular, it's certainly very easy to consume.
