A ledge waterfall only partially touches the bedrock as it falls. A cascade waterfall descends over the rocks that look like steps. A cataract waterfall is big, powerful, and dangerous. And the list goes on of your favorite waterfalls. Well get ready to add this one to your list.
The waterfall you're hold will flow over your lips and through your gums to say hello to your tummy with pleasant notes of ripe stone fruits, mango, guava, and citrus from heavy additions of Rakau and HBC 586 hops.
The perfect companion for sipping on when flipping through your "best waterfalls of 2017" photo album.

Hazy gold on the pour with big white fluffy head and ample lace. Aroma is grapefruit, mango followed by pine. This one is a sipper and taste is complex....stone fruits, mango with dank hoppy (Rakau and HBC 586) middle and dry, crisp finish. Medium carbonation and not too boozy. Good one, right up their with the better NEIPAs that I have had. My first beer from this brewer.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Broken Bow nonic; no production information.
A: Pours a minimally hazy, golden color with a one to two finger, white lead, rim plus retention, and modest rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of pink grapefruit, pineapple, underripe mango, and Pixie Stix® predominate in that order.
T: Semisweet. Flavor follow the nose. Light bitterness balances the other flavors leaving a crisp, refreshing finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Clean.
O: A enjoyable, very drinkable and refreshing (what I would characterize as an) American Pale Ale. Subtle and playful.

Tall can direct from the source a few days ago. "Babble Babble 12/01/20" stamped on the bottom....so a few weeks in the can.
This one pours out with a moderate-medium haze, lifts a 1/2 inch looser bubble cap....and then leaves ample again looser sheeting and strands of lacing.
Mild peach/apricot on the sniff.
More apricots and some limes on the palate. Decent but lacks the depth of flavor and intrigue of the heavy hitter's take on the style. In general, pleasing and worth a try.
