"Sour IPA"
16 oz can, direct from the source a few days ago....dating info on the bottom is smudged and of no help.
Hazed pour, minimal head, with next to no film, sheeting etc left on the glass.
Citric sniff with a load of lemon on the nose.
Bright layers of lemon on the palate, about a 7 on my personal sour scale.
Palate cleansing and bracingly flavorful....lemon, lemon, lemon and a bit of ripe lime in the finish...Well done and well worth a try.
