Look: light and bright golden color. Thinnest white breeze of foam on top.
Nose: Sweet corn, grass, wheat, spice, pepper, sour funk yeast.
Feel & Feel: light, clean, crisp, slightly dry, malty sweetness in the back. Honey and corn malt, golden grains and green veggie, peppery hops all in a very decent balance for the style.
Overall: the malt is complex, although perhaps a bit too heady, but the feel and herbal hop and yeast combo is right on.
