Deep amber color and nearly clear. Moderate head but it leaves decent streaks for lace.
Full lightly toasted barley malt aroma. Very low hop with a touch of sweetness.
Richer body but with a higher carbonation level as well. While the toasted noted in the smell brings the taste, the peppery Wasabi shows up subtly in the swallow. The combination is both interesting and unique -- there's a non-alcoholic warmth but not spicy hot.
