Inspired by the famous Kyodai Hero genre in old Japanese television shows, in which the heroes grow to the size of the giant monsters they have to fight, we present our new super hero: Ultra Sorachi! A super ultra beer with a super ultra hop that brings a giant lemony character and a herbal touch, a splash of peculiar flavors in an unconventional and delicious juicy IPA, this way, we will save the world from sameness, one sip at a time. Soraaaaachi!

A: The beer is quite hazy and a little pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemon and orange are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the flavors of herbal hops are a little stronger.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England IPA has some interesting contrasts of citrusy and herbal hops, particularly in the taste.
