Crisp, dry, delicate and extremely refreshing. A delicious combination of Sorachi Ace and Lemondrop hops.

Pale yellow look, head was effervescent. Had a nice rice smell to it, stands out more than other rice lagers. Very clean smell. Taste was crisp with a smooth finish, hence the great feel. overall a good beer to try, and pairs well with almost any food!

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high dense bright white head that left a small patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of rice are present in the nose along with hints of lemon citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of herbs. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and is somewhat dry with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager is very easy to drink and can be considered sessionable.
