A collaboration with Japas and Against the Grain brewing in Louisville. Both breweries are offering this beer. Japas, from Brazil is all female owned by ladies of Japanese descent. Although a crowded segment, hazy IPAs are among my favorite styles and thought this collab was worth a try. It’s not an all time favorite but it is a very solid beer. Poured from a can ( too bad I’m not having a draft) into an IPA glass.
L: very hazy gold with 1/2 inch head and long lasting lacing
S: citrus, mainly, pineapple
T: citrus pineapple mango coconut very balanced with a light bitter finish.
F: good carbonation, medium bodied
O: solid NE hazy IPA and definitely worth the try if you find it.
