Pours light yellow-green with a quick, frothy two finger head. Aroma is earthy and ginger. Taste is light, with a small amount of ginger hitting first, ending with watermelon. It's an unusual profile. This is spot on for a gose, and while the two flavors may seem to be a bold choice, I'm not convinced they go well together. Still.

Poured into shaker pint. Lovely light yellow body, no head to speak off about the initial foam subsides.
Sweet, ginger-heavy spiced nose, weirdly reminiscent of pumpkin beer.
Taste follows. Watermelon is subtle.
Mild salt tinge on the tongue but not dry at all. A suprisingly lubricated beer.
A refreshing gose with a little twist in it.
