Also known as Balt County Brewing.

BcB brews for our community, not for distribution.

From tank to tap, all beers are brewed in house. No Kegs, either! Every delicious drop goes straight to a serving tank, then to your glass.

We have a 25 gallon pilot system to try out new recipes, then a 2-barrel and 7-barrel system to brew the good stuff. With 14 fermentation tanks, diversification is the name of the game. We will feature up to 24 different beers on tap, either served from behind the bar or from our self-serve beer wall. BcB listens to our customers and we brew to serve you!

For those community members who are gluten free, 3 of our 14 fermentation tanks are dedicated to brewing gluten free ciders and beers.

A fairly large tap room in an industrial building with ample parking.
First time I was here was not too long after they first opened, pre-Covid. The place was like a zoo, packed to capacity, and loud. A live band played as I recall.
This time was a little more relaxing and enjoyable.
One of the few brewery tap rooms I’ve been in that have the self-serve tap wall. Usually you see this sort of setup in a beer reseller’s establishment. It works well though, and nice to get smaller pours and try a larger variety.
Most of the beer I had was very good, ciders were also available . The food was good, it is served on disposable plates from a self-pickup serving window. Pizza and tacos seem to be the major of the menu selection.
There are games and activities available, darts and corn-hole among them. They have a stage for live music and entertainment, as well as a large screen television, and several others scattered around.
My second visit was during the winter, so I didn’t get to see the outdoor seating arrangements, but there are a few photos on line.
Recommended.

I stopped here while traveling for business in northern MD. They have a huge open-air warehouse-type space inside with a ton of tables and room to move around. The name stands for 'Building Communities through Beer' and I got to see what that means- they were having a huge cornhole tournament inside the brewery while I was there! Tons of teams playing and it was a fun atmosphere. I tried 4-5 beers but did not like the self-serve tap system, although kudos for them for trying something completely different and allowing people to get their beer asap. I prefer dedicated glasses for each beer I sample and had to wait to dry my glass each time I rinsed it to make sure I didn't 'water down' each new beer. This was a memorable place on my beer travels and it is clearly a valuable institution for that community. Nice work!

First brewery I’ve been to with the self serving method (pour by the oz) from tap handles. Even has glass rinse station which was cool. Really time efficient and never a wait for beer even though there as over 100 people in the place.

My wife and I enjoy coming here. Beer selection is both home made and constantly changing. The permanent food truck does a good job at making it a place to return for both beer and food. A great addition to the county.

I really enjoyed my 1st visit on an otherwise uneventful post-summer Saturday. The brewery was hosting a corn hole tourney, but that was not my thing. It's a big open warehouse type space with a long bar and ample seating. A mixed crowd that tended to be more 20's & 30's, with some older mixed in. Eighteen beers and one cider were pouring off the 24 taps. I tried 4 sours that were all very good and one excellent Buckwheat Rye IPA. The tacos from the food truck hit the spot. What was unique, and what I really liked was the self-serve beer that charged a set price per ounce. Prices were reasonable and you didn't have to wait for a bartender. Overall a great spot that I will return to often.
