Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of sweet chocolate notes with some coconut notes and vanilla with some bourbon and light maple notes also noticeable. Taste is also a great mix of sweet black chocolate notes with some vanilla and bourbon notes with some maple notes and coconut with light maple also perceptible. Body is full with oily like texture and good carbonation with no real apparent alcohol notes. Enjoyable pastry stout with great array of flavours but maybe a tad too much residual sugar notes.
