With ski season fast approaching, we set out to brew a beer to welcome the snow and bid farewell to the heat and smoke.
Glide Zone combines some of our favorite fruit-forward hops with a unique yeast strain from the frozen forests of Norway. Diving into this beer you can almost taste the snow amidst the mangoes and passionfruit as they coat your palate.

You’ll find that this ale is as crisp and clean as a freshly groomed trail.

A nordic pale ale. Not a style listed on the styles of beer.

Appearance - Pours a clear straw gold with three fingers of frothy bubbly white head.

Smell - citrus, floral, earthy, and herbal hops, mango, citrus and orange peel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.

Taste - citrus, floral, earthy, and herbal hops upfront. The mango, citrus and orange peel follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast rounds out the brew. It's definitely a hop then malt brew.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes bitter with the hops and malts lingering.

Overall - A very easy drinking brew that delivers on the hop and malt front. I like the bitterness upfront with the fruitiness working with the hops to create a pleasant drinking experience. All I need is my snowshoes and a tranquil trail in K country and I'll be set!
