DECEMBER 2024.
Produced in collaboration with Fuerst Wiacek, a brewery specializing in these modern styles, from Berlin.
44 ml can (8€ at the naski Bar in Vitoria Gasteiz).
As soon as it is opened, notes of ripe and tropical fruit (white peach, melon, pineapple, ripe citrus fruits) are immediately apparent. When poured, it is a (light) pastel yellow color, completely hazy, impenetrable, does not let light through. Decent foam but poor consistency.
The body is full, with a carbonation that is not flat but not very lively either (however, decent).
In the mouth I find a product that is definitely modern: extreme fruitiness, a fruit salad of summer and tropical fruit with slightly citrusy hints, without ever really transmitting a bitter note that can rise from this estream fruitiness.
Very invasive and fragrant taste, which transmits a sensation of freshness of the product.
That silky sensation is very present that after swallowing leaves the palate full of fruity notes, while on the tongue there are no bitter references (herbaceous or resinous), but malty notes (which are more reminiscent of the crumb of bread).
The beer is very tasty and hides the alcohol content well, certainly it lacks an inflection of bitterness (perhaps citrus) that, in my opinion, would have given a slightly distinctive character to the product.
But on the other hand, this modern style of interpretation of IPAs does not have these canons and in this case you can grasp the essence.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Sea of Stars (terminandolo). Dipa muy rica y equilibrada, con un lupulo muy refrescante y fresco de típico citrico-herbal que vuelve loco y se bebe con suma facilidad, como si tuviese 2 o 3 grados menos
