Copenhagen 29/10 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Red, black and yellow can reminding me of a coral snake.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent yet creamy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a more aggressive citric scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and tart lemon. Dry vibes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A zesty and searing snake.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Queen Wish. Con altramuces. Muy en la linea de Soma. No sorprende viniendo de ellos pero desde luego tampoco cansa, nada más lejos de la realidad. Muchas fruta cremosa, mucho dry-hop. Se acaba demasiado pronto
