Copenhagen 7/12 2025. 44 cl can from ØlTanken web-shop. An almost hypnotic can with a circular pattern in light green, purple and grey.
Pours opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 2 cm thick layer frothy foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a pleasant sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with as more aggressive citric scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon in abundance- A bit sharp.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a bit of a sear. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Potent and zesty Nova.
