The colour is pitch black, with no highlights. The head is dark brown, very low, and quickly disappears from the surface of the liquid.The aroma is roasted, tobacco, chocolate and, of course, coconut (at least according to the brewery's label). The intensity of the aroma is high.The flavour further enhances the aroma, especially the coconut. Overall, the flavour is sweet, even sticky, but counterbalanced by high bitterness. The bitterness reduces the considerable sweetness and ultimately dominates the flavour. The bitterness is roasted in nature.The alcohol is treacherously hidden. Low carbonation. The texture is oily, velvety and very smooth. The body is high and full. The aftertaste is long, dry, roasted and, of course, coconutty.
