Copenhagen 17/5 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken webshop. Can in Soma’s usual design with simple symmetric pattern in yellow and red.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 1,5 centimeter thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass.
Aroma is intense with a light odor of sweet exotic fruit soon overpowered by a sharp and citric scent. Pineapple and apricots. Grapefruit and lime. Tart berries chiming in. Sharp and acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Lingering. Finish is bone dry.
A very bitter and a bit unforgiving take on a DIPA.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Jugando a Mass Effect 3. Con papas fritas. Dipa de perfil maltoso, donde el alcohol se nota sin llegar a molestar pero se echa en falta más presencia del lúpulo. Por debajo del nivel de Soma.
