Copenhagen 29/5 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Can in Soma's usual colorful design with black can with a symmetric orange patterne which looks like an angry insect.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin and patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with an odor of sweet stone fruits soon overpowered by a tart and citric scent. Sweet peach and mango. Sharp grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

De OkassionalBeer. En copa Teku. Viendo Machos Alfa 2x07. Con pistachos. Brutal. Muy refrescante y fácil de beber pese a tener 10 grados, y con un perfil de lúpulo frutal muy fresco y adictivo, que deja con ganas de mucho más.
