An atypical beer in it's class, but in a good way (in my opinion) with some Saison / Farmhouse qualities. It's only 5% abv, but has a nice and balanced flavor profile with citrus, dill, and cilantro being the most prominent. Not what one would "expect" when ordering a Pale Ale, but pleasingly different.

I had a few Pro-Pale's at DOK Brewing in Ghent Belgium. It's a "session ale" at 5% abv. Pours pale straw with a slight haze. Nose is slightly medicinal, with a hint of eucalyptus, pine, and citrus. Taste is non complex with flavors of coriander, citrus, and lemon zest. Finishes dry, yet it is remarkably refreshing. Highly recommended.
