As (one of) the first breweries in Belgium we were allowed to start with @phantasm.nz.
What is phantom powder? One of the most controlled and extremely difficult to touch ingredients in the craft beer market. It is an extract made from Marlborough Sauvignon grape peels. These peels are particularly rich in thiol precursors that, when added correctly, can bring an unprecedented strong tropical fruit aroma.
After several years of tracking the market, we got our hands on this fantastic powder and made it a tight cold IPA of 5.3%.
