Lemon yellow colour, strongly iridescent. The foam is the adornment of this beer, white, high, made up of small bubbles, persistent. It paints moderately on the glass and yet, the liquid in the glass looks lovely.
Aroma sweet, intensely fruity (tropical, citrusy - hoppy) floral, almost perfumed, further aromas of landraces, light malty.
Taste mainly dry, the hoppy bitterness here is slightly broken by the malty sweetness.
Alcohol nicely balanced. Medium saturation. Texture very smooth, "jelly-like". Full body. Aftertaste long, dry, with a slightly sweet finish.
