Looks nice, amber red with a slight froth. The aroma is primarily malty with a bit of a vegetal note from the beets, but not too bad. On the palate, that beet juice flavour kind of rings out with a bit of a savoury flavour, with a slightly peppery note too. Not bad, but for me that touch of beet carries it out too far, and the body is a bit on the thin side.

L - trace head atop a near-opaque maroon body.
S - caramel, cabbage, slight citrus.
T - very vegetal. Presumably due to the beets. The cabbage taste is strong in this one. Low bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - too cabbage-forward to truly enjoy.
