A collaboration with our friends at Country Malt, this unique Schwarzbier style lager was made with local spruce tips to give the beer rich pine notes throughout. Those notes are complimented with Cascade hops, giving the beer rich citrus flavors that also pair well with the beer’s complex malt notes.

On tap at the source. Dark brown in color with a thin off white head that dissipates. Light roast caramel and chocolate with hints of dark fruit earth an a light astringency.
