$13 AUD per "glass" (looks about 250ml in stemware) at the tourist trap of a brewery in Port Douglas.
It's a bit underwhelming for an IPA in 2023, but I've had worse. Has a bright citrusy c-hop emphasis with a clean 2-row backbone. Maybe a hint of caramalt...in any case, there isn't a lot to it. Tastes like the kind of no-frills IPA you'd get at a Colorado brewpub in 2006.
Hop flavour is shallow and tired. Finishes a biteen bitter. Stupidly simple...shame this is the best local craft you're going to find in Port Douglas.
