A kettle soured ale with a deep golden color. Expect a medium level of acidity with lots of juicy guava and passion fruit. The Mosaic dry hop adds to the fruity aroma, but surprisingly there is no fruit added!

The brewery calls this a "Mosaic Dry Hopped Sour." It was added to BA as an American Wild Ale, but that's not exactly what I would have called it. It's closer to a Saison, IMHO, a very flavorful hoppy saison. I'm no expert on styles, just trying to use these styles as a way of explaining what I saw and tasted in this beer. It's not as mouth puckeringly tart as quite a few Wild Ales. The Mosaic hops add character to the smell and the taste, but not too much bitterness. There's just a little bitterness in the finish.

Overall, this was a fine beer. Our table of four folks had several Ursa Minor offerings, and we all agreed that this was the best beer of the group.
