This Orange Ginger Saison with Brett yeast was aged in our 1bbl fermenter with something special. We added a whole lot of fresh-squeezed orange juice to our original Caballo Blanco ginger saison, which gives it a lovely complex funk, and a tad of tartness.

Overall, this is a decent saison. However, I would have liked for the brett character to be more vibrant. I am glad that I tried it, but it is not a beer that I would return to.
