Very interesting beer. Not much head. Light brown color. Would have expected more for 15%.
Maple syrup and bourbon. Very sweet and warming. Oaky. Cocoa. Caramel. Vanilla. It’s not super thick, in fact rather light for something this big. I dig it. It’s a fun beer. Not necessarily what you’d expect but tasty.
