Pours a hazy golden yellow with a tinge of red, with a modest half-finger head. Aroma is sour with a bit of rhubarb, if I close my eyes. Strawberry is entirely absent. Taste is lightly sour, with strawberry and perhaps a bit of rhubarb, again if I close my eyes. Taste is light and clean. Flavor is a bit light for my tastes, no pun intended, but it is still refreshing.
