Pours crystal clear golden yellow with a thick white head, decent lacing. Aroma is cereal grains and malt. Flavor follows the nose, clean and crisp. Feel is light bodied and well carbonated. Overall, a refreshing beer.

Ursa Minor Cream pours a clean golden color, with a small, long-lasting head. The aroma is a little lighter, but sweet and creamy. The flavor is sweet and creamy, with a hint of spice. Good feel. Overall, no frills, but a better cream ale.

Poured from can into glass stein. Lots of carbonation, head has good retention. Nose is grainy, taste is grainy sweetness up front that quickly turns dry but with some sweetness mixed in. A very complex beer, not bad.

Unfiltered, very fine particles, very pale yellow piss color. Smells like hay and weed. Clean, mineral water, honey wheat. Very bitter cream, but still works

I bought a tall boy can of this beer from the brewery whilst passing through on my way up to Western Ontario whilst there for my son's exhibition SIJHL hockey games. It was a great tasting cream ale with the common characteristics of most cream ales with nice floral hop highlights. I enjoyed this can whilst sitting outside the arena in Souix Lookout, Ontario.
