A - Golden body, somewhat hazy, white head with some lacing.
S - Lactic acid nose, subtle citrus, and soured grains.
T - Follows the nose, citrus and lactic yogurt with a touch of salinity. A bit of sweet tart bite in the close.
M - Moderate weight, mild puckering acidity, dry finish.
O - A decent sour, pretty delicious, and quite rewarding.
