Matt's Brunch pours a dark brown color, with a small head. The aroma is light, bitter, and of oats. The flavor is very light, buttery, and hints of dark, bitter oats. Very flat feel.

Pours saddle brown with wonderful carbonation and a one finger thick head. Aroma is deep malt profiles, with a sweet oatmeal riding on top. Taste is a mildly bitter, burnt malt flavor. Carbonation at this point, however, is low which is at odds with how the brew pours. Overall, this oatmeal stout is a bit of a mess but drinkable.
