Great to see another Minnesota brewed Hefeweizen. This is a solid offering with a lot of the traditional hefeweizen characteristics. Cloves up front on the taste...aroma has a little more wheatyness and a touch of banana..
Easy drinking, thirst quenching.
It's right up there with the other MN made Hefe's. Would need to do a blind taster to confirm but I'd put it ahead of Summit and Utepils on first blush and right up there with Schells (if it's still made) and Fair State. I need to do a blind taster with all those. Hope this is available in the summer.
