Dark red color, with an average foam.
The smell is intensely malty, with some caramel notes, and some dark malts.
Taste: some lightly toasted notes, cocoa, liquorice. On a malty base, but not too full.
Some chocolate, hazelnut. Alcohol well hidden.
Maybe not exactly a doppelbock, but still good.
