Poured into a wide mouth grip shaped goblet: color is amber, head is very light tan with fine bubbles, head presents 1/4 inch thick, head dissipates to thin top with spotty lacing.
Smell is toast, bread, light cocoa, hint of toffee, limited/no real hop aromatics.
Taste is bread, cocoa, some toffee, light nuttiness, no hops.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, low bitterness.
Overall an excellent dunkel - toffee/bread/cocoa present in a well balanced manner.
