Just the right amount of salt, with refreshing watermelon making a very welcome albeit brief appearance too. Not tasting any coriander. Has moderate lactic acidity and twang, helping boost this one into the upper tiers of thirst quenching beers in the Queensland heat.
It's basically what you want when you order a watermelon Gose. No off flavours, but also no flourish. A competent Gose style beer, stupidly drinkable, highly refreshing.
